What this policy does not cover

Each Craftobar product has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product. For Rendobar, see the Rendobar Privacy Policy. Chatobar participants receive its policy with their beta invitation.

When Craftobar builds or operates software for a client, we handle the data in that software on the client's behalf and under our written agreement with that client, not under this policy.

What we collect

This website has no accounts or forms, and it does not use cookies or analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes standard request data, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. Email sent to hello@craftobar.com is forwarded to our mailbox through Cloudflare.

If you email us

We use your email address and message to reply to you, and we keep them as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and meet our legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, or where the law requires it.

Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
